This is an all level class focused on breath, alignment and mobility
A low impact class combining barre work and weight training. You will leave feeling stronger & invigorated.
A dynamic practice that blends traditional Vinyassa flow with strength training build heat, focus and full body awareness

This class does it all! Upper body conditioning, thigh and glute work followed by core conditioning. Finishing with stretching and relaxation. This class will sculpt your body and leave you long and lean. All levels welcome.
